Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: حظي التعليم عن بُعد على اهتمام الطلبة وكل أفراد المجتمع في هذه الآونة الأخيرة التي شهد فيها الوباء انتشار على كافة دول العالم ، فقد أصبح من الضروريات التي تحت على الجامعة مسايرة هذا النوع من التعليم وابتكار وسائل وآليات تجعلنا نساير الوضع لضمان تعليم مستمر للطلبة وتحقيق البرامج التعليمية بشكل عادي ،فكان على الجامعات الجزائرية لزاما اتخاذ التدابير لتعميمه وفرضه ، وقد كانت جامعة الأغواط من بين الجامعات التي بادرت إلى التكيف مع هذا الوضع من خلال انشاء منصات خاصة بالتعليم عن بُعد عبر كل كلياتها ووفق موقع الجامعة وهذا بتجنيد كل الجهود من هيئات التدريس واعلاميين بغرض العمل من أجل استمرار الموسم الجامعي ، وخلق نوع من التفاعل مع الطلبة الكترونيا ووفق تطبيقات وتقنيات حديثة لعلى أهمها استخدم في هذا الظرف منصة التعليم عن بُعد وتقنية الفيديو وتقنية قوقل ميت (google meet). في هذا السياق أجرينا دراسة استقصائية على عينة من الطلاب بجامعة عمار ثليجي الأغواط كدراسة حالة، لتقييم مدى فاعلية التعليم عن بُعد وما حققته من نتائج ايجابية كبديل عن التعليم التقليدي وتحديد المعوقات التي تقف أمام تبني هذا النمط من التعليم في الظروف العادية. ABSTRACT : Distance education has received the attention of students and all members of society in these recent times, in which the epidemic has spread to all countries of the world. It has become one of the necessities that the university must keep pace with this type of education and innovate means and mechanisms that make us keep pace with the situation to ensure continuous education for students and the implementation of educational programs. Normally. Algerian universities had to take measures to disseminate and impose it, and the University of Laghouat was among the universities that took the initiative to adapt to this situation by creating special platforms for distance education across all its faculties, according to the university’s website, and this by mobilizing all efforts from teaching staff and journalists for the purpose of working towards Continuation of the university season, and creating a kind of interaction with students electronically and according to modern applications and technologies, the most important of which is the use in this circumstance of the distance education platform, video technology, and Google Meet technology. In this context, we conducted a survey on a sample of students at Ammar Thilighi University of Laghouat as a case study, to evaluate the effectiveness of distance education and the positive results it has achieved as an alternative to traditional education, and to identify the obstacles that stand in the way of adopting this type of education in normal circumstances.
