Abstract

الملخص يشهد العالم الآن ثورة حقيقة في تكنولوجيات الإعلام والإتصال خاصة المتعلقة باستخدامات الأنترنت ، التي أصبحت هي المحرك الأساس للتقدم والتطور بالنسبة للمجتمعات الحديثة ، إذا كانت الثورة الصناعية التي غيرت طبيعة العمل، و نظراً للتغيرات الكبيرة التي يشهدها العالم في الوقت الراهن فقد أصبح إستخدام الأنترنت في مجالات المعرفة المختلفة من الأمور الأساسية لمواكبة هذه التطورات ، وبخاصة في المجال التعليمي بكل أبعاده، سواء أكان من الجانب الأكاديمي أم الجانب التطبيقي للعملية التعليمية، لا سيما أن مؤتمر القوى المؤثرة في التعليم التكنولوجي الذي عقد في هيوستن بأمريكا" ، أكد في توصياته ضرورة إدخال الأنترنت في قاعات المحاضرات ، وتدريب المدرسين في الجامعات ، وإعداد برامج تتناسب والتطور التكنولوجي. الكلمات المفتاحية: الانترنت، البحث العلمي، المؤسسات الجامعية. Résumé Le monde assiste aujourd’hui à une véritable révolution dans les technologies de l’information et de la communication, notamment liées à l’utilisation d’Internet, devenu le principal moteur de progrès et de développement des sociétés modernes, Si la révolution industrielle a changé la nature du travail, et compte tenu des grands changements auxquels le monde est actuellement confronté, l'utilisation d'Internet dans divers domaines de la connaissance est devenue l'un des éléments essentiels pour suivre ces évolutions, notamment dans le domaine éducatif dans toutes ses dimensions, que ce soit du côté académique ou du côté appliqué du processus éducatif, d'autant plus que la Conférence des forces influentes dans l'éducation technologique, qui s'est tenue à Houston, en Amérique, a souligné dans ses recommandations la nécessité de. introduire Internet dans les amphithéâtres, former des enseignants dans les universités et préparer des programmes compatibles avec le développement technologique. Abstract The world is now witnessing a real revolution in information and communication technologies, especially related to the use of the Internet, which has become the main driver of progress and development for modern societies. If the industrial revolution changed the nature of work, and given the great changes that the world is witnessing at the present time, the use of the Internet in various fields of knowledge has become one of the essential matters to keep pace with these developments, especially in the educational field in all its dimensions, whether from the academic side or the applied side of the process. Educational, especially since the Conference of Influential Forces in Technological Education, which was held in Houston, America, stressed in its recommendations the necessity of introducing the Internet into lecture halls, training teachers in universities, and preparing programs that are compatible with technological development.
