واقع المرأة الأغواطية في مجال الصحافة

Abstract

ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن تجربة المرأة الاغواطية في مجال الاعلام والصحافة، من خلال دراسة على عينة من العامالات في مجال الاعلام والصحافة في اذاعة الاغواط، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي وعينة قصدية تحتوي على (05) اعلاميات وصحفيات، بالإضافة إلى الإستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، حيث قمنا بتحليل إجابات المبحوثين من خلال تقسيم الاستمارة إلى اربعة محاور أساسية، ففي المحور الأول عالجنا فيه البيانات الشخصية، بينما المحور الثاني حاولنا اثر طبيعة الأسرة الاغواطية على عمل المراة الاغواطية في مجال الاعلام والصحافة والمحور الثالث اثر القيم الاجتماعية الاغواطية على عمل المراة الاغواطية في مجال الاعلام والصحافة، وفي المحور الاخير اثر الحالة الاجتماعية للمرأة الصحفية الاغواطية على عملها في مجال الاعلام والصحافة. وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: ¯ أن أغلبية العاملات في مجال الاعلام الصحافة باذاعة الاغواط يتلقون الدعم الاسري . ¯ أن أغلبية ا العاملات في مجال الاعلام الصحافة باذاعة الاغواط لم يواجهوا صعوبات في مجال عملهن ¯ أن العاملات في مجال الاعلام الصحافة باذاعة الاغواط يلقين الدعم من ازواجهن. الكلمات المفتاحية: العمل الاعلامي- الصحافة -المرأة The Abstract This study aimed to reveal the experience of the Aghouat woman in the field of media and journalism, through a study on a sample of women workers in the field of media and journalism in the Laghouat radio station. Where we analyzed the answers of the respondents by dividing the questionnaire into four main axes. In the first axis, we dealt with personal data, while the second axis tried the impact of the nature of the lagutian family on the work of the lagutian woman in the field of media and journalism. The field of media and journalism, and in the last axis the impact of the social situation of the Aghouti journalist women on her work in the field of media and journalism. This study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: ¯ The majority of women working in the field of media and journalism at Radio Laghouat receive family support. ¯ The majority of women working in the field of media and journalism at Radio Laghouat did not face any difficulties in their field of work. ¯ The women working in the field of media and journalism at Radio Laghouat receive support from their husbands.
