Abstract

Through this study, we aim to provide a descriptive and analytical study of the problem of work-related pressures faced by female teachers. We seek to understand the correlational relationships between sources of work-related pressures, whether they originate from internal reasons within the school or from the surrounding environment and its interactions. To answer the following questions: • What is the impact of work-related pressures on female employees in the education sector? • What types of work-related pressures affect female employees in the education sector? • Which pressures have a greater impact on female employees in the education sector, those related to the internal environment or the external environment? - To answer these questions, a descriptive methodology was employed using a questionnaire-based interview tool distributed to a purposive sample. All female teachers of middle age group were selected to participate in the survey, totaling 14 teachers. - After conducting the field study procedures, the following results were obtained: • Internally, female employees face increased workload and psychological and emotional pressures due to the challenges they face in delivering education and caring for students. • Externally, female employees face cultural and social challenges, including societal and familial expectations regarding their roles and social and family responsibilities.
