dc.description.abstractThe study aims to highlight the extent of the impact of organizational culture on the performance of human resources in the Directorate of University Services _ Laghouat_, due to the importance of the issue of organizational culture by researchers, as well as everything related to the performance of human resources in order to achieve the objectives of the institution. Through this study, we have provided a comprehensive theoretical framework for the various concepts related to organizational culture as well as human resources performance. The encouragement of creativity and innovation, commitment and respect for the value of time, teamwork, team spirit, participation in decision-making and its impact on human resources performance were adresse. And we strengthened it with the field study at the Directorate of University Services - Laghouat - using a questionnaire in order to collect the necessary data for this study, and it was processed with the SPSS26.0 program, and one of the most important findings we found is that there is an impact of organizational culture on the performance of human ressources in the institution Under study.
