Abstract

ملخص الدراسة بالعربیة تهدف هذه الد ارسة إلى التعرف على المنهج المقاصدي في تصحیح الرؤیة الشرعیة لدى أعلام المالكیة وكذلك أهمیته وضوابطه وحججه التي استعملها مجددي المالكیة من أجل استنباط الأحكام الشرعیة من نصوصها وهو ما یلقي الضوء علیها لأنه بحاجة إلى جهد فردي بل مشروع عمل جماعي یكشف الكنوز الكامنة فیه وعندما نتحدث عن المنهج المقاصدي فإننا دائما نتحدث عن الذین كتبوا فیها من المالكیة. الكلمات المفتاحیة: المنهج المقاصدي . الرؤیة الشرعیة. اعلام المالكیة

*Summary* This study aims to explore the Maqasidic (objectives-based) approach in correcting the Sharia perspective among prominent Maliki scholars, as well as its significance, principles, and the methodology employed by the Maliki reformers to derive legal rulings from their texts. This emphasizes and highlights the need for collective efforts rather than individual endeavors to uncover the hidden treasures within it. When discussing the Maqasidic approach, we always refer to the contributions of the Maliki scholars who have written on this topic.
