Abstract

الملخص أضحى المصطلح بوجه عام يشكل معبر التواصل واداة التأثير والتأثر، ومن ثم تميز كل علم أو مجال معرفي بمدونة معريفية منبثقة من صميم جوهره و طبيعة موضوعه. وتهتم هذه الدراسة بمسألة المصطلح الأصولي لعلم من الأعلام إنفرد بمنهج ونظرة خاصة، وهو الإمام محمد الطاهر بن عاشور في تفسير التحرير والتنوير، وهذا لمحاولة إماطة اللثام عن جهود بعض الأصوليين في مجال علمهم لتتبين في نهاية المطاف أ نها قضية جوهرية أدركها علماء الأصول مع بداية عصرالتدوين فخصصوا فصولا ومباحث من مؤلفاتهم للإبانة عن بعض المصطلحات وتحديد مفاهيمها دفعا للبس والغموض. الكلمات المفتاحية )المصطلح الأصولي، سورة البقرة، ابن عاشور، التحرير والتنوير( Summary The term, in general, has become a means of communication and a tool of influence and vulnerability, and then each science or field of knowledge is characterized by a cognitive code emanating from the core of its essence and the nature of its subject. This study is concerned with the issue of the fundamentalist term for a science from among the notables who had a unique approach and a special view, which is Imam Muhammad al-Taher bin Ashour in the interpretation of liberation and enlightenment, and this is to try to unveil the efforts of some fundamentalists in the field of their science to show in the end that it is a fundamental issue that the scholars of fundamentals realized with the beginning of the era of blogging, so they devoted Chapters and topics from their books to clarify some terms and define their concepts to avoid confusion and ambiguity.
