دور الجزائر في دعم حركات التحرر الافريقية

Abstract

ملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة في التعرف على دور الذي لعبته الجزائر في دعم حركات التحرر الإفريقية "الصحراء الغربية أنموذجا " حيث أشرنا إلى إبراز البعض من خصائص وأبعاد الثورة التحريرية الجزائرية. ثم تطرقنا الى الحجم الذي آلت إليه قضية الصحراء الغربية وما خلفته من توتر في العلاقات الجزائرية المغربية، بسبب الدعم المتواصل و الدائم للقضية الصحراوية، حيث لم تتراجع الجزائر عن دعم حركات التحرر بعد إستقلالها، بل جعلته من أولوياتها في سياستها الخارجية،وأصبحت تلعب دورا هاما في المنطقة،كونها دولة لها ثقلها ومكانتها وبإعتبارها دولة مناهضة للإستعمار بكل أشكاله، إذ أنه أصبح لا يمكن إستبعادها من قضية بهذا الحجم. إن أزمة قضية الصحراء الغربية تفرض على الجميع تضافر الجهود، من أجل الوصول إلى تسوية عادلة ونهائية ودائمة لها،تضمن لهذا الشعب حقه في تقرير مصيره،عن طريق إجراء إستفتاء حر ونزيه تحت إشراف هيئة الأمم المتحدة.

This study aimed at identifying Algerian role in supporting African liberation movements "Western Sahara as a model". We have referred to some of the main characteristics and dimensions of the Algerian liberation revolution. We then touched upon the scope the Western Sahara issue and the tension in Algerian-Moroccan relations, due to the constant and sustained support for the Saharan cause; where Algeria has not reneged on support for liberation movements after independence and even has made it one of its main priorities in its foreign policy. Algeria has an important role in the region. As State with its own weight and stature and as an anti-colonial country in all its form, Algeria cannot be excluded from a case of this magnitude.The crisis in the Western Sahara cause requires all to join forces to achieve a just, final and lasting settlement that guarantees to the people their right to self-determination through a free, just and impartial referendum under the UN supervision.
