Abstract

Day after day, the interest in the field of entrepreneurship and support for small and medium projects is increasing, and this is due to its importance in being an ideal solution for every country to push its economic and even social wheel forward. The "A_K DOOR" project is considered as one of the individual initiatives within the entrepreneurial field in Algeria, which is expected to be achieved on the ground in the future at the level of Laghouat.For a successful launch of the “A_K DOOR” project, a business plan must be prepared because it is the basis of its success and continuity, and this is through a good and comprehensive study that pertains to each of the marketing, production, organizational and financial aspects, as well as knowing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that could face it, by developing An appropriate strategy takes into account all these aspects. This increases the probability of the project's success after its launch. It is also a necessary document required by the financing institutions intended by the contractor.
