dc.description.abstractتتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع " تسير المخزونات ودوره في تقليل أعباء المنشآت الرياضية " وهي عبارة عن دراسة وصفية تحليلية اعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي حيث أجريت هذه الدراسة الميدانية على مستوى المركب 18 فبراير بالأغواط خلال الفترة الممتدة بين 01 فيفري الى غاية 30 ماي من سنة 2025 وعليه فقد تضمنت هذه الدراسة إطارا منهجيا ونظريا اشتملت على ثلاثة فصول تناولت إطار الدراسة ومنهجيتها ثم حسن تنظيم المخزون وانعكاسه على المنشأة الرياضية ثم ضعف كفاءة تسير المخزون وانعكاسه على المنشأة الرياضية ثم استخدام الأدوات والتقنيات الحديثة والرقمنة في تسير المخزون وانعكاسه على المنشأة الرياضية وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة الى نتائج التحليل ابرزها :يوجد علاقة طردية بين حسن التنظيم وتقليص الأعباء مشروطة بتكامل أدوات التسيير ضعف كفاءة تسير المخزون ينعكس سلبا على القدرة المالية والتشغيلية للمؤسسة الرياضية التسيير التكنولوجي والرقمنة تعود بالإيجاب على كفاءة تسير المخزون للمؤسسة الرياضية على مستوى الأهداف التعرف على واقع تسير المخزونات داخل المنشاة الرياضية وإبراز علاقة تسير المخزونات والأعباء المالية للمنشاة الرياضية وتحديد ابرز الصعوبات والمعوقات التي تواجه تسيلر المخزونات داخل المنشآت الرياضية وتقديم الحلول والمقترحات لتحسين إدارة المخزون الرياضي وعليه ىالمنشآت الرياضية عموما والمركبات الرياضية على وجه الخصوص تسعى الى تقديم الإضافة وخلق التميز والحفاظ على المال العام في المجال الرياضي وإعطاء أهمية لتسير المخزون داخل هذه المنشآت من أجل تقليل الأعباء المالية وتوفير الأدوات والوسائل الكافية من أجل التسير الحسن للمجال الرياضي
