dc.description.abstractتهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم العناصر المؤثرة في القيادة على مسار الأزمات في المنشأت الرياضية باعتبارها العقل المدبر فيها فهي القادرة على جعل المنشأت مستعدة وجاهزة لمواجهة الأزمات بكفاءة ولهذا الغرض استخدمنا منهج الوصفي التحليلي على عينة متكونة من 30 عامل تم اختيارها بشكل عشوائي لجمع البيانات استخدمنا أداة الاستبيان ، بعد جمع النتائج ومعالجتها إحصائيا تم التوصل الى النتائج النهائية وعلى هذا الأساس أوصت الدراسة بضرورة التوافق بين القائد والمنشأت من أجل التصدي للزمات التي تهدد المنظمة بالفشل .
dc.description.sponsorshipThe Object of the study aims to identify for the most important factors affecting leadership on the path of crises in sports facilities as the mastermind in them, For this purpose, we used the descriptive analytical method on a sample consisting of a sample of 30 randomly selected workers, and to collect data, we used the questionnaire tool solution after collecting the results and processing them statistically, deducing the final results and on this basis the study recommended the necessity of compatibility between the leader and the facilities in order to address crises that threaten organization failed.
