Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: من خلال دراسة موضوع السياسة الفرنسية في الجزائر و تونس استنتجت بأن فرنسا استطاعت ابعاد منافسيها من الجزائر و تونس باعتبار التربية و التعليم عنصرين اساسيان في عملية التطور و البناء مقياس للرقي، وعلى ضوء هذه سياسة جاءت هذه الدراسة لتبين الرغبة الفرنسية الرامية إلى امتصاص كل الأعراف و الثوابت الدينية، وفي الاخير تمكنت من تحقيق اهدافها والسيطرة على البلدين من خلال الاحتلالها للجزائر وفرضها لنظام الحماية والذي بواسطته تمكنت من التحكم في ادارة الجزائر وتونس عن طريق سن قوانين مختلفة سعيا لبسط نفوذها المطلق وتشجيع الاقتصاد الرأسمالي، الامر الذي أدى الى انعكاسات على المجال الاجتماعي وتدهور الوضع الصحي وطمس الهوية الوطنية بمحاربة اللغة العربية في كل من الجزائر وتونس. الكلمات المفتاحية:السياسة الاستعمارية، الاستعمار الفرنسي، الجزائر وتونس، دراسة مقارنة. Study summary: Through studying the issue of French policy in Algeria and Tunisia, I concluded that France was able to push away its competitors from Algeria and Tunisia by considering education and learning as two essential elements in the process of development and construction as a measure of progress. In light of this policy, this study came to show the French desire to absorb all customs and traditions. Religious constants, and in the end it was able to achieve its goals and control the two countries through its occupation of Algeria and imposition of the protection system, through which it was able to control the administration of Algeria and Tunisia by enacting various laws in an effort to extend its absolute influence and encourage the capitalist economy, which led to repercussions on the social field and the deterioration The health situation and the obliteration of national identity by fighting the Arabic language in both Algeria and Tunisia.
