Abstract

This study aimed to reveal the role of kindergarten in developing children's skills s learning skills to ensure an inclusive and integrated development of the child in all aspects of his or her personality, As the first and most interactive educational institution for the child, the study relied on the exploratory descriptive curriculum and as a questionnaire tool to collect data, a scale prepared by Jamal AlKhatib and Al-Hadidi for the Matson scale to estimate the social skills of children, which I conducted on the sample of the study of 30 nannies in Al-Ghawat. Finally, the results after analysis and interpretation of the data showed that kindergarten works to develop the child's social skills, including the skill of appropriate social behaviour and modification of inappropriate social behaviour (inappropriate self-assurance, excess self-confidence, rebellion/negativity/withdrawal and recklessness/aggression).
