Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: جاءت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة اليات الاتصال الداخلي لدى مؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للتأمينات الاجتماعية للعمال الاجراء وكالة الاغواط ودوره في تحسين مستوى الخدمة ، وقد توصلنا بهذه الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها : - إن الاتصال الداخلي بالمؤسسة يحظى باهتمام بالغ باعتباره عنصرا فعالا في تنسيق الأعمال وتنظيم النشاطات المختلفة التي يقوما بها الأفراد داخل أي مؤسسة ، كما أن الاتصال الداخلي داخل المؤسسة له مكانة هامة بحيث يساهم في تحسين أداء الموظفين و تزويدهم بالمعلومات بالإضافة إلى أنه يخلق نوع من التناسق و التسيير في العمل داخل المؤسسة. - تهدف مؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للتأمينات الاجتماعية للعمال الأجراء وكالة الاغواط ، باستخدام الاتصال الداخلي بجميع أنواعه والذي يتم عن طرق عديدة كالوسائل الكتابية أو المراسلات ، الاجتماعات و كذا الانترنت وغيرها من الوسائل الحديثة من أجل تحقيق الدور الفعلي في تقديم الخدمات الازمة للمؤمن اجتماعيا. - تطلعات المؤسسة في تحقق الدور المطلوب بحيث انها تواكب جميع اليات الاتصال ، كما أصبحت تولي اهتمام كبيرا في تحسين مستوى الخدمة و تحقيق مع اهداف المؤسسة .

STUDY SUMMARY: This study came to know the mechanisms of internal communication at the National Fund for Social Insurance for Salaried Workers and the Agency of Laghouat and its role in improving the level of service. The internal communication in the organization receives great attention as an effective element in coordinating work and organizing the various activities carried out by individuals within any organization, and internal communication within the organization has an important place as it contributes to improving the performance of employees and providing them with information in addition to that it creates a kind of consistency And management at work within the institution. - The National Fund for Social Insurance for Salaried Workers and Aghouat Agency aims to use internal communication of all kinds, which is done through many methods such as written means or correspondence, meetings, as well as the Internet and other modern means in order to achieve the actual role in providing the necessary services to the socially insured. - The institution's aspirations to achieve the required role so that it keeps pace with all communication mechanisms, and it also pays great attention to improving the level of service and achieving the objectives of the institution.
