التفاعل الرقمي مع الحرب على غزة و اثره في التعبئة لنصرة القضية الفلسطينية

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: • ملخص بالعربية: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفةمدى تأثير التفاعل الرقمي مع الحرب على غزة و تحليل طبيعة هذا التفاعل واستكشاف أثره في التعبئة لنصرة القضية الفلسطينية، وذلك من خلال رصد الأبعاد السلوكية، الوجدانية، والمعرفية لهذا التفاعل في الفضاء الرقمي، ولتحقيق هذا الهدفاعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، باستخدام الاستبيان الإلكتروني كأداة لجمع البيانات، حيث تم توزيعه على عينة بلغت 117 مفردة من مستخدمي وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن التفاعل الرقمي مع الحرب لم يكن مجرد تفاعل عاطفي أو إعلامي عابر، بل اتّسم بالعمق والتعدد، وشمل سلوكيات ملموسة كالمشاركة في التبرعات، التظاهرات، والنشر الإلكتروني، إضافة إلى مشاعر وجدانية قوية كالانفعال والتعاطف والشعور بالحزن والغضب، فضلًا عن تأثير معرفي مهم تمثّل في تعزيز الوعي السياسي وإعادة التفكير في مصادر المعرفة المتعلقة بالقضية الفلسطينية، كما كشفت النتائج عن تفاوت في أنماط التفاعل تبعًا لمتغيرات مثل العمر، الجنس، والمستوى التعليمي،بناء على هذه النتائج تؤكد الدراسة على أهمية التفاعل الرقمي كوسيلة تعبئة فعالة، داعيةً إلى تعزيز البيئات الرقمية التي تسمح بالحوار والتفكير النقدي وتدعم استدامة التفاعل الإنساني مع القضايا العادلة. الكلمات المفتاحية: التفاعل الرقمي، التعبئة، القضية الفلسطينية.

Abstract: This study aimed to understand the extent of the impact of digital interaction with the war in Gaza and to analyze the nature of this interaction, as well as to explore its effect on mobilization to support the Palestinian cause. This was done by monitoring the behavioral, emotional, and cognitive dimensions of this interaction in the digital space. To achieve this goal, the study relied on a descriptive analytical method, using an electronic questionnaire as a data collection tool, which was distributed to a sample of 117 individuals from social media users. The results of the study showed that digital interaction with the war was not merely a fleeting emotional or media engagement, but was characterized by depth and multiplicity. It included tangible behaviors such as participation in donations, demonstrations, and online publishing, in addition to strong emotional feelings such as excitement, empathy, sadness, and anger. Furthermore, there was significant cognitive impact manifested in enhanced political awareness and rethinking of the sources of knowledge related to the Palestinian issue. The results also revealed variations in interaction patterns based on factors such as age, gender, and educational level. Based on these findings, the study emphasizes the importance of digital interaction as an effective mobilization tool, calling for the enhancement of digital environments that allow for dialogue and critical thinking while supporting the sustainability of human engagement with just causes.
