Abstract
This study aims to learn about the role of pioneering creativity in improving the performance
of human resources in Laghouat insurance companies. The elements of the study have been identify by
an independent variable of entrepreneurial creativity in its four dimensions: authenticity, fluency,
mental flexibility, and a sense of problems; an intermediate variable of leadership and another dependent
variable of human resource performance. To achieve the objectives of the study, the identification was
used for the purpose of gathering information and data from the study's 50-odd sample, and the Spss
and Smart Pls programs were used to study the different relationships between the studied variables and
to identify the direct and indirect effects of the independent variable on the dependent variable in the
presence of an intermediate variable between them.
In our study, we found a statistically significant correlation between pioneering creativity and
the performance of the human resource in Laghouat insurance companies at the indicative level α≤
0.05, and we found that pioneering leadership is not an intermediary between pioneering creativity and
the performance of the human resource, i.e. there is a direct impact.
The study also concluded that there are no statistically significant differences in researchers'
answers as to the extent to which entrepreneurial creativity affects the performance of the human
resource attributable to individual differences in Laghouat insurance companies at the morale level α≥
0.05 except for years of service and for the independent variable only
