Summary: This research revolves around the rules of fundamentalism related to the general and its impact on jurisprudence, so we followed the rules of generality from the books of principles, and the statement of the meaning of each rule and the opinions of scholars in it and the disagreement about it, if any, with mentioning their evidence, then discussing it and weighting between it, and the most correct statement.
