" Abstract : Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon His Noble Prophet, and after: Our research entitled: Contemporary diseases and their impact on separating spouses - is a memorandum submitted to obtain a master’s degree in comparative jurisprudence and its principles. It included an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion. The first chapter came in two sections. The first section included: The truth of marriage, its legitimacy and its purposes. The second section: The defects that require separation between spouses and their controls. The second chapter included two sections. The first section included the concept of contemporary diseases and their types. The second section included modern technology in detecting defects and the impact of contemporary diseases on separating spouses. In conclusion, we reached the most important results.
